OSTEOPATHY
Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy that is regulated by the General Osteopathic Council. It is a hands on therapy that uses physical manipulation to promote the body’s natural ability to heal. Osteopathic treatment involves manipulation of joints, muscles, ligaments and other soft tissues to promote blood and lymphatic fluid flow to assist the body in recovery. Osteopaths have a holistic whole-body approach to restore balance to the structure and function of the body, alongside treating the problem or injury.
