MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialised treatment that uses gentle techniques to improve the flow of lymphatic fluid. The pressure used is very light, unlike regular massage, which calms the nervous system and can be deeply relaxing. MLD helps to reduce excess fluid/swelling, speed up recovery from surgery or injury and also assists in detoxification.
