Mia graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy and has gained valuable experience working across a range of clinical and sporting environments. She has developed a strong foundation in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in spinal health and rehabilitation.

Mia is truly passionate about helping people feel their best, taking pride in supporting patients to reduce pain and regain confidence in their bodies. By taking the time to understand each individual’s needs, Mia works closely with patients throughout their recovery, with the aim of helping them return to a more comfortable and enjoyable way of life.
